The University of Charleston School of Pharmacy is primarily located in Charleston, West Virginia, but there are also campuses located in Beckley and Martinsburg that provide classes as well. The School of Pharmacy was founded in 1998 and provides one of the best facilities around with the latest technology available for students so they can stay current and on the cutting edge of what the industry is performing as standard. The school also provides an in-house patient care clinic so that students of the school can get hands-on practice in the facility in dealing with all facets of medication services and learn the important facets of a patient-centered care service.
The University of Charleston School of Pharmacy offers degree programs for those who are seeking a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree to practice in the pharmacy field. There are also experiential education programs to allow for hands-on experience and practice.
