Established in Baltimore, the Notre Dame of Maryland University is the only private pharmacy school in Maryland. It is the second institution to provide the Pharm.D. degree as well. It accepts both women and men interested in a career in pharmacy.

The university was initially established for women only. It was one of the few schools that did not accept men. It was erected in 1873. Its campus is located in a residential area of Baltimore.

The full time tuition costs $36,500 and is subject to change. The costs are properly explained in small details over the official website. For instance, a master’s program costs $510 per credit, while a Ph.D. program costs $625 per credit. Fortunately for the students who cannot afford it, there are various financial aid benefits.
