The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy, located in Chicago, Illinois, is the oldest academic area of the University of Illinois itself. The school was established back in 1859 and has long been considered not just one of the top pharmacy programs in the country but one of the most comprehensive medical research universities in the country. The school has established a national reputation and is consistently ranked one of the top pharmacy colleges for the curriculum and education.

The college offers a number of different programs and degrees that can be earned. The Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) can be earned, along with an MS in Forensic Sciences, Ph.D. programs in Biopharmaceutical Sciences, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, and Pharmacy and joint programs that allow for a Doctor of Pharmacy in conjunction with other Ph.D. programs on campus at the college.
