Idaho State University has its main campus located in Pocatello, Idaho. The university is the leading health education school in the state of Idaho and features several medical programs, including the College of Pharmacy. Idaho State University was established in 1901 and the College of Pharmacy was the first college established on the campus. The College of Pharmacy serves the state of Idaho and degrees can be obtained in graduate studies or as a Doctor of Pharmacy.

Classes can be completed at the main campus located in Pocatello or at the campus located in Meridian, Idaho. Students have the chance to complete their fourth year of study at one of the clinical sites maintained within in Idaho.

Idaho State University’s College of Pharmacy tuition ranges from $3,736.00 per semester for a resident of the state of Idaho to $9,902.00 per semester for a non-resident of the state. The prices are based on full-time status of a student taking 9 credits or more per semester. The College offers two departments to cover areas of importance in the field – the Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences so students can get the basic science instruction of the pharmaceutical field, and the Pharmacy Practices and Administrative Sciences department where students can get the instruction on the clinical aspects of pharmacy.
