The western university of Health Sciences was founded back in the year 1977 and is a private institution. Its campus is located over an area of 22 acres in Pomona, California. The college of pharmacy of this university began its functioning in the year 1996 and has only gotten better since then.

This college of pharmacy offers two degrees to the students. The first being the Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) and the next being the Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSPS). Most of its students are enrolled in the Pharm.D program and this university has paid special attention to the Pharm.D program itself and its continues to endeavor of making it one of the best institute for pharmacy studies in the world.
